Do I Need To Register For A Trade Account?

NO, If you are a trader or reseller and require trade / wholesale rates for our products you are required to make a minimum purchase of £50 before entitlement to receive trade discount. Once your basket reaches a spend of £50 or more in any one single transaction, trade discount will be automatically applied to your order during checkout. You will be able to see the amount of trade discount applied to your order on the bottom right side of your on screen invoice.

Why have Things Changed?

We have made these changes to simplify the workings of the site, this cut's down the amount of time and costs involved in checking registrations requested from non genuine traders and helps ensure genuine traders are receiving the trade discount. If your order does not reach or exceed the qualifying amount, the discount will not be applied and retails prices will be charged.

I am a Registered Reseller Does the minimum trade order apply to me?

NO! If you are a registered reseller you will, as you already know, have a special code to enter at checkout, this code will override any trade spend restrictions so the minimum trade spend does not apply to registered resellers, you will still receive the reseller discount regardless of whether you meet the minimum trade spend or not. Your discount code will cancel out any automatic minimum trade spend or discount as the reseller discount will always be a higher value than trade discount applied.

Which Products are Available At Trade Rates?

Trade rates are applicable to all products including personalised and non personalised products throughout our site. On each page on our site you will see the trade price comparison shown next to the standard retail price, however, TRADE RATES WILL NOT APPLY IF YOUR TOTAL ORDER SPEND IS LESS THAN THE REQUIRED TRADE SPEND OF £50. (Excluding delivery charges)

Trade rates are shown on the product page but I was charged the higher retail rate?

Currently trade discounts are applicable to genuine trade orders of a minimum spend of £50 net value of your total order only (excluding Delivery) Trade discount will not be applied to orders below the minimum trade spend of £50 in a single transaction. Equivalent Trades rates are shown on the product pages to offer a guide to the trade rate if the minimum trade spend is met.

 

How Do I Know If My Order Qualifies For Trade Discount?

If the total of your order Reaches or Exceeds the minimum Trade Amount of £50 or more Before any delivery charges, then you will automatically qualify for trade discount, the discount is automatically applied and can be seen on the bottom right hand side of your screen on your order copy as you progress through the checkout. Discount is not applied to delivery charges.

What Discount percentage is applied for trade?

The trade discount is applied at 12% If your order reaches a minimum spend of £50 the trade discount of 12% will be applied to your order automatically during checkout.

How Will I Know If The Discount Has Been Applied?

Trade Rates Are Automatically Applied. You will see the trade discount appear during the checkout process, here you will be able to see the amount of discount applied to your order and the percentage rate. This information will appear on the bottom right hand side of your order copy during checkout before you are asked to make any payment.

I am Not A Trader, Can I Still Order?

Absolutely, orders below the minimum £50 trade spend are applicable at the standard retail rates shown on the product pages throughout the site. however, if your order reaches or exceeds the minimum trade spend of £50 you will receive entitlement to the trade discount.
