Delivery to a UK mainland address for orders over £150 are free of charge. Delivery to a single address in the Highlands, Ireland, and Channel Islands require an order of £250 or more to qualify for free delivery.

We aim to dispatch all bespoke and made to order items orders within 10 working days of customer confirmation of personalisation and manufacturing details,

At busy periods such as Xmas, Easter and Favour Seasons delivery may take a little longer, delivery on larger or specifically manufactured bar orders may also at times take slightly longer in production. Due to the nature of products supplied by wrapper factory, delivery times and schedules are estimated only and not guaranteed. If in doubt please call us prior to placing an order.

All products on this site are made to order bespoke products only, we aim to dispatch within 10 working days unless required material for production for the item item is out of stock or insufficient required personalisation details are supplied, in which case you will be informed via email or telephone, we reserve the right to dispatch part orders with any out of stock items to follow within a 10 day period, generally if an item is out of stock our shopping system will not allow the purchase, however technology does sometimes go wrong, if ever this is the case we will inform you of that fact as soon as possible.

LEAD TIMES

All products / orders on this site are bespoke made to order products and specific lead times are stated on the relevant pages and order forms for the specific product being ordered. Lead times allow the manufacturing process to begin and complete, ready for dispatch, customers purchasing items from this site are required to ensure that they understand and accept that lead times are in place to allow time for bespoke products to be made to the accepted standard and quality expected. if in doubt or your order is urgent please contact our support staff prior to placing an order on site.

DISPATCH / DELIVERY

We dispatch via several methods: orders upto a value of £30 are dispatched via royal mail or Evri tracked services which can take a further 3 to 5 working days for delivery within the UK after your item has been dispatched. Items being sent out of the UK may take upto 15 days for delivery after the date of dispatch. Please allow upto 7 working days for delivery of orders (after dispatch) by royal mail services in the UK.

Orders over £30 are dispatched via next working day courier services, however on many occasions couriers will deliver in 1 to 2 working days from the date of dispatch but please allow upto 3 working days from the date of dispatch, for delivery within the UK. Outside the UK, please allow upto 7 working days. Please allow upto 10 working days for dispatch of any personalised or non personalised orders before adding the estimated courier delivery times. We will not be held responsible for any order delivered late for any occasion, unless a specific required by date has been provided, and confirmed as such by the wrapper factory prior to you placing the order. Please do not ask us to request that couriers leave parcels in a safe place, all courier delivery parcels/items require a signature, and will not be left without a signature being obtained.

COURIER INFORMATION

Please note, We are NOT responsible for deliveries which cannot be made successfully by couriers because the recipient or otherwise is not home or available on the premises concerned, to receive delivery of the parcel, nor can we be held responsible for late deliveries due to adverse weather conditions which may cause courier problems. If you are not going to be home to receive your parcel, the courier concerned will leave a card and telephone contact number to enable you to re-arrange delivery if the original delivery fails.

Once parcels are dispatched to the courier's for shipping we have no control over how that actual delivery takes place by the courier's concerned and will not be held responsible for any late delivery which occurs because the parcel could not be delivered due to the recipient not being at the specified delivery destination to accept and sign for the parcel(s) or because of adverse weather conditions, acts of god or vehicle breakdowns or other courier problems not directly related to ourselves. If a courier has left a card, please contact the courier concerned to re-arrange delivery, do not contact us in this event, once a card has been left or delivery attempted, you should deal direct with the courier concerned as we are unable to re-arrange delivery of your parcel unless the parcel has been returned to us by the courier after seven days.

Once items have been dispatched to the specified delivery address we are unable to change that address information whilst the package or parcel is in transit, we Ignore Any Instruction on orders to “Leave Parcels In A Safe Place” due to the nature of goods we will not instruct couriers to leave parcels unattended in a so called safe place, If no one is available to accept the delivery then the delivery will be returned to us and you may be charged for a re-delivery.

URGENT AND TIME CRITICAL ORDERS

We do everything we can to produce late or urgent orders placed, it is always a good idea to include the actual date of any birthdays, events or celebrations when ordering personalised products as this helps us to ensure that your order is produced and delivered in plenty of time for your event. If your order is urgent please contact us to let us know and we will endeavour to complete your order within the specified time, having said that, please be aware that we always put quality before speed, if we experience any delays with your order we will contact you either via telephone or email.

If any material items are out of stock at the time of ordering we reserve the right to hold orders until such time as stock is replenished, we reserve the right to dispatch part orders if your order includes multiple products some of which may be out of stock at the time of placing your order, with any out of stock items being dispatched at the earliest possible opportunity within a ten day period.

Current Delivery Cost:

Please note that due to the way royal mail and courier services now work, delivery costs are based on the total amount which is spent. In certain area's couriers will impose fuel surcharges or congestion charges and these costs are beyond our control, for this reason we cannot provide estimated delivery costs of specific orders via telephone or email. To see the actual cost of delivery of your specific order, please continue with your order through checkout until you arrive at the point where you will see the actual delivery cost clearly in the shopping checkout process, (at this point in the checkout, orders can still be cancelled without commitment). All delivery costs shown include a contribution to packaging and handling costs, are estimated, not quoted, and may change without notice at anytime based on changes made by Royal Mail and or Couriers used.

    £1.00 to £5.00 = £2.95p Via Royal Mail or Hermes                            (Highlands, Ireland & Channel Isles  £7.65p)

    £5.01 to £20.00 = £3.98p Via Royal Mail or Hermes                           (Highlands, Ireland & Channel Isles  £8.65p)

    £20.01 to £30.00 = £5.25p Via Royal Mail  or Hermes                        (Highlands, Ireland & Channel Isles  £13.15p)

    £30.01 to £40.00 = £6.99p Via Royal Mail or Courier                         (Highlands, Ireland & Channel Isles  £15.50p)

    £40.01 to £60.00 = £8.95p Via Courier                                           (Highlands, Ireland & Channel Isles  £14.65p)

    £60.01 to £150,99 = £10.00p Via Courier                            (Highlands, Ireland & Channel Isles  £16.75p Free delivery over £200)

   £150.00 and over, Free Mainland UK delivery at the company's discretion unless specific delivery times / schedules are requested by the     purchaser. Saturday and specifically timed deliveries will attract additional charges. Contact us for details

Delivery costs and charges are subject to change related to changes by any courier or delivery company including royal mail and will be reflected in our delivery charges without notice at the time of any change becoming apparent. We reserve the right to adjust and or change delivery costs and terms and conditions in part or in full without notice at anytime
