Personalised Items:

On the page for the product you require to order, you will find an order form, simply complete the order form and add to basket. Each order form for personalised or bespoke products will ask you for the following information:

    Type of chocolate/confectionery required

quantity of the product you require

your chosen design number or code (design samples and codes can be found by scrolling down the page below the order form)

You can then complete the two sections of the form which ask for the front personalisation details (for the front of the product)     and if applicable, the personalisation details you require on the back of the product.

Using your own images or designs:

If you require us to use your own image or design on the front of your product, please type "Own Design" in the box on the order form which ask's for your chosen design number. Once you have completed and paid for your order, simply click the artwork link which appears on the bottom of each page on our site which will allow you to access our upload section.

When using your own image or design you will always be provided with a proofing copy for approval prior to production.

proofs are not supplied when using our standard designs or design codes selected from our catalogues as the actual product will be as close to the original design you see on our sample list, except of course the text details will have changed to show your requested details.

Proofs and approvals:

Proofs are not automatically supplied unless specifically asked for except in the case of orders using your own design or photo.

Please also be aware that proofing of orders is costly and time consuming and may increase the lead time stated for your order at the time of ordering.

Once proofs are supplied, your order is then placed on hold until our art department receive your approval or amendment to go ahead with your order. Your Stated Lead Time Will Then Begin upon receipt of your approval. for example you place your order on day 1, your proof can take up to 2 days for completion, and you approve the next day after receiving your proof, this by default delays your lead time by 4 days. your stated lead time will only begin once we have received your approval. if your lead time is stated as being 10 days at the time of ordering, proofing will increase the lead time by default to 14 days.

Lead Times:

Lead times are stated on the relevant page for each individual product and can be found on the order form for the particular product you are ordering, It is the customers responsibility to order in plenty of time prior to the event or to let us know that the order is required before a specific date. Wrapper Factory will not be held liable in anyway whatsoever if products are not delivered in time for a specific event unless we have been informed at the time of ordering that the item or items are required for a specific date or are time critical.

What Is A Lead Time And Why Is It There:

All personalised or bespoke products on this site are specifically made to order for each individual client, for this reason there is a minimum amount of time which is required to allow us to manufacture your product and have it completed and prepared for dispatch. Working in this way ensures that each product you receive from us will be of optimum quality with the longest possible use by or best before date.

What Is The Minimum Lead Time:

The minimum lead time that should be allowed for any product on our site is 7 working days (this is not the same as 7 days, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays)

Where Can I Find The Lead Time For The Item I Am Ordering:

You will find the current lead time for the product your ordering on the order form, or next to the add to basket button for the particular product you may be ordering:

Does The Lead Time Include Delivery:

No, The lead time is the actual time it may take to manufacture and prepare your order for dispatch, you should then allow additional time for delivery dependant upon the method of dispatch, couriers can take 2 to 3 days to deliver whilst royal mail can take up to 7 days for delivery, and these delivery times should be expected after your order has been dispatched.

Will It Always Take The Lead Time Before My Order Is Ready:

No, The lead time is simply a guide time, we strive to produce and dispatch orders as quickly as possible so you may not always have to wait the full lead time, however during extremely busy periods such as Xmas and Favour Seasons, you may have to wait the full term of the lead time, if there are going to be any problems we'll always make contact to let you know.

I Am Pre-Ordering For Delivery Later, Closer To My Event, Does The Lead Time Still Apply:

Not in this case, when you pre-order for delivery on a specific date (for example: You order in January for a specific date of delivery in April) the lead time is automatically rendered by our system to ensure your order is produced and dispatched at the correct time, so in these cases, lead times do not generally apply.  If in doubt please always contact us first prior to placing an order:
